How are we helping to manage your COVID-19 risk:

Patient screening - Prior to booking your appointment, all patients will be pre-screened. Upon arrival, screening questions will be reviewed prior to your scheduled appointment. Please self-isolate yourself for 14 days if you have recently travelled or if you have been experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Hand Hygiene - We ask that you wash your hands before and after each visit with us. You may use hand sanitizer or wash your hands with soap and water.

Physical distancing - We are taking steps to allow patients and clients the ability to maintain the recommended physical space between each other. Our clinic will be operating on a reduced schedule with reduced available treatment times to allow for reduced patient flow.

Cleaning and disinfection - Treatment tables and rooms will be cleaned and disinfected after every patient encounter. The general clinic environment will be cleaned and disinfected more often.

Pre-booking appointments -  Whenever possible our staff will prebook future appointments to help limit time spent at the counter. Online appointment bookings will not be available until further notice.

Payment Options - If you need to make a payment, we discourage the use of cash at this time. We have automatic billing options via credit card available. We have tap enabled debit/credit machines in the clinic.

Chiropractic is a healing art
Chiropractic is a healing art, science and philosophy, discovered over a century ago that places emphasis on maintaining the structural integrity of the spine to support proper functioning of the nervous system. Your nervous system controls all the functions of your body. If the bones along your spine and vertebral column are stressed or subluxated (not in alignment) the communication between your brain and body is affected. Chiropractors locate and correct any of these subluxations causing nerve interference, so that your body can function optimally.

Massage Therapy

Improve your health through massage
Massage therapy is one of the most ancient forms of healing, and has been practiced for thousands of years in all regions of the world. Today massage therapy spans a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, working to improve an individual’s health and well being through hands on manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues of the body. It has been proven beneficial for reducing stress, enhancing blood circulation, decreasing pain, promoting sleep, reducing swelling, and increasing oxygen capacity of the blood. New uses for massage therapy continue to be discovered as scientific research on this valuable healing modality continues.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Acupuncture / Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can be traced back at least 2,500 years, and has slowly integrated into the healthcare systems in North America since 1960. The general theory of acupuncture is based on the premise that there are patterns of bioelectrical energy flow (Qi) through the body that are essential for health. Disruptions of this flow are believed to be responsible for pain and disease. Acupuncture may correct imbalances of Qi at identifiable points close to the skin called acupoints.
